I’ve been working with @bexward_balanced.nutrition for a few months now and I can honestly say she has changed my life. This time last year I was quite overweight and I worked hard to lose some of that weight and get healthier, but this led to me falling into bad habits such as weighing myself daily (and letting the number that came up influence the rest of my day), feeling guilty about eating “bad” foods, being overly restrictive which led to rebound over-eating, and of course I had the classic fear of carbs. So I contacted Bex and with her support and guidance I now have a much better understanding of how to fuel my body well, I’ve been eating a much more suitable calorie intake for my activity levels and goals and I feel SO MUCH BETTER. She’s been ace at answering all my silly questions and freak outs too! I am seeing gains in strength with lifting and stamina in workouts, and I don’t weigh every day any more – because that number isn’t important. I still have a way to go, but the changes I have seen and felt over the last few months have been awesome and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Bex.
